monday.com and Atlas Authority will partner to provide monday.com users services and apps, including a new capability to sync and centralize data from remote sources

NEW YORK — July 13, 2021 — monday.com, a customizable work operating system (Work OS), and Atlas Authority, a full-service technology consulting firm, today announced a partnership to provide professional services to monday.com users, as well as a new app to sync data in monday.com from remote sources. DuraSync, a recent winner in the monday apps challenge, makes it possible for organizations to connect even more data sources to monday.com, without a full technology integration. Through this partnership, monday.com aims to equip  companies with the  resources to be more competitive and help distributed workforces achieve targeted goals.

monday.com Work OS is an open platform where anyone can create the tools they need to run every aspect of their work. By combining building blocks, like apps and integrations, teams can build or customize the solutions of their dreams.

monday.com’s Work OS creates endless possibilities for organizations to break down and rebuild any work process so it fits a specific need — leading to enhanced efficiency through task automation, and more time to focus on important, creative work.

Today, remote work has become the new reality for companies everywhere. The monday.com platform effectively facilitates this transition by providing the necessary tools to collaborate, monitor output, and get a bird’s eye-view of projects and processes all while adapting to the unique needs of every company.

Boris Berenberg, founder at Atlas Authority, said: “monday.com offers a one-of-a-kind Work OS that helps companies of all sizes, industries, and verticals power their workflow. Our partnership with monday.com allows us to expand our portfolio of technology solutions so that we can better enable teams to stay connected, collaborative, and productive. With the new DuraSync app, we hope to help monday.com users access the data they need in order to be more efficient and work smarter.”

Matt Tesdell, Vice President at Tesdell Electric, an Iowa-based electrical contracting company, said: “Working with Atlas Authority and monday.com has allowed us to get all of our ticketing data across divisions in one centralized place so we can better manage ticket assignment, progress, and resolution – which has led to immediate increases in customer satisfaction.”

“Atlas Authority brings incredible technical expertise to our partner ecosystem. Their team has solved numerous complex use cases through their deep understanding of our product and incomparable development capabilities. We’re so thankful for their partnership and the value they bring to our customers,” said Alexandra Detweiler, Regional Director of North America at monday.com.
