Service Level Agreement (SLA)
The purpose of this document is to outline the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for customers of Atlas Authority that own a valid license for an app sold on Atlassian Marketplace. We provide the same service agreement to all customers regardless of license tier.

- Days of the week: Monday – Friday
- Hours of the day 9:00 – 17:00 EST
